Established 6 years ago by 3 Cambridge University Alumni, they have developed a true world first in the application of AI that is making a real difference to community infrastructure across the world. Our client has developed a world first AI based, real-time transport network monitoring and control solutions platform. Only 12 months ago they were 50 staff and 30 customers. After a recent round of funding, today they have 115 staff and their solutions have been deployed in over 70 towns and cities across the UK - with international growth well underway and their first customers established here in Australia.
The Role
Reporting to the Business Development Director in London, you will represent the company in Australia and NZ. With local customers, distributors, and technical service partners already established over the past 2 years, your role is to map the ANZ market and develop relationships in the public sector - from local councils, government agencies and authorities, state and federal government department. The opportunity to make your mark and significantly advance your career is very real as the team will expand quickly, as it has done in the UK.
You
You are an experienced new business focused sales professional with a history of target attainment. Direct experience selling software solutions is an advantage, as is any experience having sold to the public sector or the civil projects environment. We're seeking an ambitious and self-driven professional who has got what it takes to be the first on the ground in Australia as the company goes through a significant period of expansion into the Australia / NZ market.
Benefits
circa $140,000 base salary plus super
$230,000 OTE after ramp
